Can golf clubs from Greenpiste Sports really perform as well as the brand names?

Absolutely! The brand name manufacturers use the same shafts and grips as Greenpiste Sports. Be aware that the tour pros do not use "off-the-rack" clubs... they use clubs custom fitted to the professional tour player.

How good is the quality of the clubs built by Greenpiste Sports?

Greenpiste Sports feels that our clubs perform just like the brand names. All the components that we sell go through quality control measures as some of the top names in golf equipment. Our lead suppliers have high standards, meaning that each manufacturing step is measured and recorded. Any deviations are quickly identified and corrected, resulting in quality, consistent product, time after time.

So how does Greenpiste Sports sell at such low prices?

Simple.We keep overhead to a minimum and pass the savings on to you, our customers.  Greenpiste Sports doesn't have lots of administration or pay money to sponsor tour pros. This in addition to increased marketing and administrative costs have to be added into the cost of brand name clubs. Greenpiste Sports performs very little advertising and does not sponsor tour pros to use our products, instead we promote our products through low-cost marketing channels like catalogues, flyers, our website, and most importantly, word of mouth from satisfied customers.

Are your clubs knockoffs or copies?

Absolutely not!  We only sell innovative clubs & accessories that utilize the latest golf technologies.  Greenpiste Sports acknowledges and respects the intellectual property of every company in the golf industry, and makes every attempt to identify and avoid patent and trademark infringement.

What is the warranty on your products?

Greenpiste Sports warranties its clubs to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from sale. At Greenpiste Golf's option and as the purchaser's sole remedy, defective products covered by this limited warranty will be either repaired or replaced at no charge to the purchaser. Such defective products should be authorized for return from Greenpiste Sports. This warranty does not apply to normal wear or damage from abnormal use, misuse, abuse, neglect or accident to products which have been repaired or modified other than by Greenpiste Sports. Our goal is to ensure that our customers are satisfied and happy with the clubs they have purchased from Greenpiste Golf.

How long will it take to receive my clubs?

Generally, it takes about 2-3 business days from the time the order is placed.  Orders will ship right after payment, please allow 1 to 2 business days for your clubs to arrive via DHL courier or registered mail.

What is your guarantee?

If they are not what you expected, you may return them by contacting customerservice@greenpiste.com. Your credit card will be given a FULL refund. Why are we doing this? Because we know buying online is not always a safe feeling. We're taking 100% of the risk out of buying online.
