DELIVERY

How long does delivery take?

Most of our deliveries are delivered within 3-5 working days if ordered before 5pm however there is the chance to upgrade to an express next day service at checkout for a small extra fee. Exceptions do apply for certain delivery destinations so please see shipping for more information.

How much does delivery cost?

Standard delivery to mainland UK is free and generally takes approximately 3-5 working days to arrive. For delivery estimates for other services and destinations please see shipping for more information.

When will my order be dispatched?

If we receive your order before 5pm Monday to Friday, your item will be dispatched the same day.

I haven’t received my item, what now?

Most items are sent on a tracked service with a unique tracking number which you should receive by email. If the tracking doesn’t give the information you require then by all means please get in touch with us and we can help.

Can I pay extra for courier delivery at checkout?

Yes, at checkout you will have the opportunity to purchase an express delivery service for a small extra fee.

Do you deliver to BFPO addresses?

We only deliver to BFPO as long as a regular British postcode for that BFPO is provided. A full list of BFPO allocated postcodes can be seen here . Alternatively if you are unsure, please get in touch.

 

RETURNS

What is your returns policy?

You can return an item up to 28 days after purchase but the item must be in its original condition and packaging. If you wish to return an item, please email info@greenpiste.com with your order details and reason for return and we will give you the necessary details.

Who pays for return postage?

The postage to return an item is the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed. We recommend using a tracked or signed for service as the parcel is the buyer’s responsibility until it arrives at our warehouse however choice of carrier is entirely up to you.

Faulty items

We offer a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty on all our products therefore if you think your item may be faulty in that time, please contact us and report the fault as soon as possible.

 

PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major credit or debit cards and PayPal. Unfortunately we don’t normally accept cheques, bank transfers or cash payments.

 

ORDERS

I need to change my delivery address, how do I do that?

We dispatch orders as soon as we can the same day and therefore if you wish to change your address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it otherwise it may already be on its way to you.

I want to change the item I’ve ordered, how do I do that?

Unfortunately this is a bit tricky. On the whole we are unable to change the item ordered so the best way to do this is to cancel the original order as soon as possible and place another order for the correct item separately.

I want to cancel the order, what should I do?

We dispatch orders as soon as we can the same day and therefore if you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it otherwise it may already be on its way to you.

Can you add gift messages or gift wrap to orders?

Unfortunately we do not currently offer this customization service
