Delivery
We aim to have goods delivered to all mainland UK addresses within 3 working days. We ask that extra time be considered for bank holidays.
We ask all customers to be thorough when providing address and contact details to minimize risk of any delivery problems.
Delivery to any destination outside mainland UK may be subject to an extra charge, please see our delivery details for more information.
Upon delivery, you are required to check the contents against the packing slip enclosed to ensure the correct quantity and condition of the item(s). If there are any errors relating to this, you are required to contact Greenpiste Sports as soon as possible to ensure any adjustments can be done free of charge to the customer.
Greenpiste Sports does deliver to BFPO's although there will be a small additional charge and we ask that you allow a little extra time for this service.
Prices/Payment
All prices are quoted in pounds Sterling and include packaging and delivery. All prices vary and are subject to change in order for Greenpiste Sports to offer the most competitive service.
Payment is required upon order and is deemed to have taken place only when the transaction has cleared. Only when payment has cleared will any purchase be dispatched.
Our payment provider is Netbanx. NetBanx is fully approved as a Level 1 compliant provider under The Payment Card Industry Data Standard Security (PCI DSS). The Payment Card Industry is a worldwide benchmark for the protection of cardholder identity and transaction information.
Greenpiste Sports does not store any credit card information on this site nor on any of our systems.
Greenpiste Sports accepts cheques in GBP £, and Euros €. Please include a copy of your order confirmation, or write the order number on your cheque. Your order will be processed when your cheque has been cleared. This can take up to 7 days. * We do not accept Euro cheques
Returns
We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase from Greenpiste Sports. However, if for some reason you are not and decide you wish to return the item then you are welcome to do so and you will receive a full refund. We do ask you to consider the following requirements to ensure you are eligible for the full product refund:
1. You will first contact Greenpiste Sports at info@greenpiste.com where we will do what we can to help.
2. The product is in the original condition in which you received it, and all parts are included.
3. The box is not excessively damaged or torn, but opened, as it should have been.
4. The buyer is responsible for the return postage costs, and will send via a courier or a form of registered mail.
5. The product is returned within 7 days of receipt.
If you receive a product and it is damaged in any way or is not the correct product that you ordered, you must first contact Greenpiste Sports where we will help arrange for the product to be sent back and examined. If we then deem the product to be damaged or the order incorrect, then you will be offered a replacement product, providing we have sufficient stock, or a full refund including the cost of sending the product back to us.
Cancellation Period
We aim to dispatch all items within 24 hours of order. If you decide during this time that you do not wish to proceed with the order, you are welcome to cancel the order for a full refund.
